The first number is incorrect. It should be 1-4, M or B.
The second number you entered is incorrect. It should be 1-9 or S.
The third number you entered is incorrect. It should be 1-3.

Where do I find my Product and Manufacture Number?
The number is in different locations depending on the model/date of your door.  Possible locations: below the glass on the inside, on either narrow edge of the door, or on the hinge rail.
